In adherence to guidance set forth by the Wyoming Health Department and in support of the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce’s Safe to Work initiative, we are moving into our next stage of returning to normal operations. As always, our top concern will be your health and the health of our other members and our employees.
Beginning Tuesday– May 26th, most of our staff will be working in the office and we will be taking appointments for members to visit our office for most services. You can make an appointment by calling us at 307-432-7400. Our drive-up will continue to offer extended services including shared branching.
For the quickest service, please call ahead if you need a new card and for other more complex transactions. We will get everything ready for you before you arrive at our office. Whenever possible, please use our remote services. This is still the safest way to access your account.
We plan to reopen our lobby on Monday, June 1st. The reopening will be dependent on guidance from the Wyoming Department of Health and local health concerns. We will be following WDH guidance on social distancing when we open. Please help us keep everyone healthy by following the directions posted at our office. This will likely require everyone entering our building to wear a mask or other face covering.
